Assigned to pool FC targets

This view displays all ports that are assigned to any FC group within a pool. For each port it is possible to execute the following operations:

• Edit Properties - allows accessing port properties where the remote target can be configured. It is also possible to modify alias of the target using this function. For more information about selecting a remote target please refer to the Edit FC target properties section.
• Replace target -to  modify mapping of a target on the local node, please refer to section Replace target for a detailed description.
• Delete from pool - allows removing a selected target from all groups within the pool where the target is assigned. It is equivalent to manually detach a target from each FC group.
• Issue LIP - this function notifies the initiator about modifications within target configuration. It is handy in cases when target configuration has been modified (attached LUNs, added initiators etc.) but the initiator is not aware of those modifications. It is a rather rare case but some initiators might experience issues with updating the target configuration. In this case issuing LIP may help refreshing the initiator data about the target. However, issuing LIP may break all existing connections to target, thus it is advised to use this function with caution.
