VLAN

This functionality is available in: System Settings > Network > Interfaces > Add VLAN

This option allows you to add a new VLAN connection. The following options are available:

• Parent interface - specifies the parent interface. Choose the interface on which you want to add VLAN.
• VLAN ID - denotes the ID number of the VLAN. 
  • DHCP - sets DHCP settings for VLAN. Choose when you want to use the DHCP server. 
  • Static - if selected, the following settings for VLAN connection should be assigned manually:
• IP - specifies the IP address.
• Netmask - specifies the netmask.
• Broadcast - specifies the broadcast method.
• Gateway - specifies the gateway address.
